I'll slowly be creating most, if not all, of my designs in this gorgeous metal and adding them to my shop.  Due to my workload and everything else involved with running my business, etc., this may take some time.  So in the meantime here's what I'm doing...

New! Copper Swinger Hoops II

Handmade Copper Ear Wires - Swinger Hoops II

I was finally able to take some pics today of one of my new earring findings and while I wish they would have turned out better, I don't think they look too horrible.  Natural lighting here in Arizona can be harsh.  Anyway...

These hammered hoops were inspired by my Swingers and have a much bigger loop, along with a bit more curve.  I'll be taking pics of the rest of this style, that I'll also be creating in Sterling Silver, Silver Filled and 14k Gold Filled. 

I also have a surprise on the way... something new... as in metal.  That's all I'm saying for now, but it will be coming soon and I'll share once it happens.

My Signature Elfin ear wires are pretty much what started my metalwork path.  I was making this style for my own earring creations back when I had my old etsy shop Rocki's Rock'n Beads in 2007 when other jewelry artists requested that I make some for them.  That has since expanded, as I design and create a wide variety of ear wire styles and many other handmade jewelry findings.

I make several sizes of my Elfin ear wires as well as in different metals and finishes.  These are my 14k Gold Filled Signature Elfin's.  They work well for a variety of styles from casual to classy.

Kite Ear Wires - Original Signature Series Design

December of 2008 while sitting at my bench, I played around with an idea for a new jewelry finding and out came what is known as my Signature Series Kites - a fun and unique triangle shape ear wire.

I posted my first handmade original design to my Etsy shop in February 2009 and they received a warm welcome.  Since then they have inspired me greatly, and eventually others as well.

Rustic Handmade Jewerly - PMC Pendant Necklace

My gorgeous solid, earthy and rustic PMC (precious metal clay) artisan pendant necklace is one of a kind and is available now in my handmade jewelry shop.

In a carefree style, I hand formed this very long semi-irregular pendant with Fine Silver Precious Metal Clay, kiln fired, sanded, hand antiqued to bring out the texture and lightly hand polished for a semi-matte look.  For a bit of sparkle I added a couple "crystal" cubic zirconia's.

This would make a fantastic gift for the handmade jewelry lover.  Or keep it for yourself.

Status Update for Rocki Adams

Dear Customers,

I'm happy to say that recovery is going very well and I'm now back to work (big grin).  However, I'm at a much slower pace at this time.  With my metalwork being *handmade to order* and the amount of current workload, my processing/creating timeframe is approximately 2 weeks from date of purchase.  Of course, this is an *approximate* as some orders *may* ship sooner and larger orders *may* take longer. In either case, I always contact my customers after purchase with their shipping info.

Also, I'm now starting to relist back into my shop the 200 sold listings from the past 3+ weeks.  Feel free to browse my Sold Section for more of my designs until I'm able to get them back where they belong.

Status Update for Rocki Adams

Dear Customers,

I am recovering from major surgery that I had on 8/30/12, as noted below and in my main blog here: http://www.rockisrocknbeads.blogspot.com/ 

I'm in the process of scheduling orders that I have received to date and will be contacting you once again by the end of this weekend with your ship date. 

Due to the type of surgery and recovery time, my pace will be slow for a bit, so I thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.  This will also extend my already extended timeframe to create orders as each one is custom made for each customer.  Currently it is *at least* 2 weeks from date of purchase - pending order size, workload, etc.

Also, I have a TON of Sold and Expired listings that I will be relisting back into my shop within the coming week or so.  In the meantime, feel free to browse my sold section to see more of my work.
